About

Leo NelsonI was born in a small town in Zambia and though born of Indian ethnicity, to this day I still consider myself truly Zambian. Having traveled and studied in three different continents, it is sometimes easier to group me into the ‘Third Culture Kid’ classification. I am a Christian believer and am surrounded by countless blessings that have helped build and challenge my faith. I am constantly trying to live life by glorifying God in all I do or say.

I love technology and have an avid interest for the marketing and diffusion of technology in third world countries. As a result, for both my undergraduate and graduate degrees I pursued a career in Computer Science and Information Systems. My recent interests include content management frameworks, knowledge management, customer relationship management and a pursuit for constantly improving my own productivity. I currently work at Temple University and continue to help bring the world to Zambia through The Zambian.

I use Google Reader to read and keep up with news from feeds spanning categories such as Africa, Technology, Religion, Politics, Economics and Education. Blogging is the easiest way that I’ve found to write and share news or information about my interests that I frequently come across through the feeds I read. This blog is powered by WordPress.
